Most of the products are in stock and ready to ship within 3 days.
Once we have received your payment we will sent your choosen treasure.

Shipping and VAT

We ship Worldwide. Shipping from us to you is free of charge within the Netherlands. Shipping to Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Norway, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom costs €9,-. Shipping to the rest of the world costs €19,- All items are shipped with with PostNL. When we ship your order you will receive a track and trace number by email.

VAT is included for all EU purchases.

Secure Payment

All payments will take place through a secure connection. Our Payment Service Provider is Mollie. Their name will appear on your bank or creditcard statement. Mollie is licensed by the DNB (Dutch National Bank).

Change or cancel your order
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quite quickly. Once we have processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes. Please send an e-mail to rijkje@rijkje.com or call us at: 00 31 (0)6 20 40 70 90

Returns

When purchasing products online you have the possibility of dissolving the contract, without giving reasons, during fourteen days. This period commences on the day after the product was received by you. During this period you will treat the product and its packaging with care. You will only unpack or use the product as far as necessary in order to be able to assess whether you wish to retain the product.

Do you want to return the purchased product within 14 days after receipt of the order?
Please send an email to rijkje@rijkje.com. You will receive an email with instructions for returning the product. The costs of returning the goods are for your own account.

A returned product will only be considered if it is undamaged, complete with all associated components, and –as far as this is reasonably possible– in the original state and packaging. It is therefore wise to keep the original packing box, so that you can use it again to return the goods.

When we have received the goods you will receive a confirmation. Within a week we will refund the sum you paid for your purchase. Shipping costs are excluded of the refund.

If your purchase is shipped incorrectly or damaged during shipping, please contact us. We will make every effort to resolve the problem.
